  This is some feedback for you about my very poor experience of using Johnlewis.com I ordered an Android tablet from you on the 13th Jan, after checking that it was in-stock on the website. My card was debited and I was informed by email and on the website that the product had been dispatched. On the 20/1/2012 I chased customer services to find out why it had not been delivered, and was told that it was not in stock, and was supplied by a third party vendor. The vendor was out of stock,..

  The delivery of our wahser-dryer was extremely tedious and time consuming affair. First we ordered the machine from Johnlewis.com mainly because we had found an attractive and convenient delivery time, being without a washing machine for a few days already. So, having placed the order and booked time off work, we received a phone call the day before the scheduled delivery to be told that there had been a "system error" and that the delivery would take place one week later between 08:00 and 14:00.....
