  We recently held our wedding gift list at the cardiff store. Our experience was terrible. The store itself provided a great service it was the after care and giftlist call center in scotland which were terrible. They are completely useless over the telphone. There service has no flexibilty what so ever. We got back from honeymoon and rang john lewis for delivery of items. They said this would take at least two weeks and this wasnt because they were busy, it was just part of their process! Any item..

  Two years ago I purchased some kitchen equipment including a gas hob for a new fitted kitchen from John Lewis at Cribbs Causeway.The Gas Hob was made by John Lewis. We particularly chose this model as it had a cast iron pan stand and we were advised that it would last longer. Some weeks ago the cast iron pan stand broke!
