  Bought a laptop from John Lewis, it packed up after a week. It just sat on my desk, I hadn't moved it yet. Under their policy, they claim to give you a return in such a scenario. I called up, went through troubleshooting and was told to go to the store for the replacement. In store, the woman who saw me told me the computer looked old, she wouldn't replace it and I was trying to pass off an old computer as new to rip off the store.   Me and my husband went to john lewis at home for the first time , as we have been shopping with john lewis for many years. We went today to look for a light for our new bedroom there was a lovely girl on the section with blond hair she must have spent half an hour with us she was very honest about the lights and made sure we went home with the right one most definitely best customer experience we have experienced , i cant for the life of me remember her name but my husband thinks its christina Big thankyou from joan and ken be back soon
