  I have had a horrendous experience with Furniture123 and I would not encourgae anyone to buy anything off them. I ordered a sofa off them a year ago. I paid and it was delivered. Six months later part of the sofa broke and the springs underneath snapped. After a few emails/phone conversations and me chasing them they agreed they would deliver. I still don't have the replacement sofa and that was 3 months ago. I have tried arranging delivery so many times and they either don't show up or show..

  Ordered bedroom furniture for my nursery, when ordered said 3-4 weeks delivery. After I placed my order I e-mailed customer service asking for an estimated delivery date and was told before the 21st Jan. As the 21st Jan was approaching I e-mailed again, to ensure I would be home for the delivery. Guy called me back to tell me order would arrive before the 31st Jan. On the 29th Jan I had heard nothing so called customer service; spoke to a lady who was not English who told me my delivery was arriving..
