  So far, waited for three months to date after purchase purchasing in Dec 2010. Ive been told three times it would be delivered and twice retracted and once had me stay in all day when they knew it wasnt being delivered. called thenm twice on the day and the following day.....then got an email to say id have to wait (subject to Supplier) till mid April.

  Ordered bedroom furniture for my nursery, when ordered said 3-4 weeks delivery. After I placed my order I e-mailed customer service asking for an estimated delivery date and was told before the 21st Jan. As the 21st Jan was approaching I e-mailed again, to ensure I would be home for the delivery. Guy called me back to tell me order would arrive before the 31st Jan. On the 29th Jan I had heard nothing so called customer service; spoke to a lady who was not English who told me my delivery was arriving..
