  Ordered a dinning table and chair. Given a delivery date on the Tuesday 0700-1400. No one turned up. No one called. Called up at 1405.   Bought a laptop from John Lewis, it packed up after a week. It just sat on my desk, I hadn't moved it yet. Under their policy, they claim to give you a return in such a scenario. I called up, went through troubleshooting and was told to go to the store for the replacement. In store, the woman who saw me told me the computer looked old, she wouldn't replace it and I was trying to pass off an old computer as new to rip off the store.
