  Brent cross shopping centre. June 2011. I was buying a Premier perfume that is only sold in a few stores. For me, this was a cheap and impersonal service with no eye contact. Just to finish the whole thing off…...the alarm went off at the door! We will all buy in Fenwicks from now on...

  Bought a laptop from John Lewis, it packed up after a week. It just sat on my desk, I hadn't moved it yet. Under their policy, they claim to give you a return in such a scenario. I called up, went through troubleshooting and was told to go to the store for the replacement. In store, the woman who saw me told me the computer looked old, she wouldn't replace it and I was trying to pass off an old computer as new to rip off the store. I said this wasn't the case and she called me a liar. I got the..
