    We recently purchased a Tudor mirror from John Lewis after a disastrous experience with Laura Ashley. I am happy to say that the service we received from the store at Bluewater was excellent, as was all communication pertaining to the delivery. The mirror arrived within a few days, in perfect condition and we are delighted with it.

    Brent cross shopping centre. June 2011. I was buying a Premier perfume that is only sold in a few stores. For me, this was a cheap and impersonal service with no eye contact. Just to finish the whole thing off…...the alarm went off at the door! We will all buy in Fenwicks from now on...
