  I received the picture in about 1000 pieces, and the help from the delivery firm HDL was worse than useless and because they insisted they had tried to deliver the product the previous evening at 9.06pm, which they hadn't I was forced to phone them on a PREMIUM TELEPHONE line thus incurring an additional unnecessary cost. WHY????? The following day I returned the broken picture to the Kingston branch where the service of the staff in the picture department was exemplary , I was allowed to purchased..

  Bought a laptop from John Lewis, it packed up after a week. It just sat on my desk, I hadn't moved it yet. Under their policy, they claim to give you a return in such a scenario. I called up, went through troubleshooting and was told to go to the store for the replacement. In store, the woman who saw me told me the computer looked old, she wouldn't replace it and I was trying to pass off an old computer as new to rip off the store.
