  Ordered a dinning table and chair. Given a delivery date on the Tuesday 0700-1400. No one turned up. No one called. Called up at 1405. "Oh sorry your order didn't go through from the internet to the delivery people." "Can I have it delivered on Saturday as I look a day off work?"   Me and my husband went to john lewis at home for the first time , as we have been shopping with john lewis for many years. We went today to look for a light for our new bedroom there was a lovely girl on the section with blond hair she must have spent half an hour with us she was very honest about the lights and made sure we went home with the right one most definitely best customer experience we have experienced , i cant for the life of me remember her name but my husband thinks its christina Big thankyou from joan and ken be back soon
