    Ordered a dinning table and chair. Given a delivery date on the Tuesday 0700-1400. No one turned up. No one called. Called up at 1405. "Oh sorry your order didn't go through from the internet to the delivery people." "Can I have it delivered on Saturday as I look a day off work?" "No as this does not count as failed delivery as the order did not go round to the delivery people. I have noticed this has been happening recently. We could get it delivered next tuesday" "No I would then have to take..

    We bought this item On line - the delivery service was ok although a 2-9pm time slot was not very convenient!
    However , Returns service rubbish!!!
    When we opened the package, which was a DVD unit,( described as oak solids and veneers) we realised that it did not match the description and it was much cheaper looking than ikea Billy! There was no solid oak and the veneered sides were finished with a paper faced back edge.
    Phoned customer services within 15 minutes of delivery and was told they would contact us to arrange collection. We waited patiently and they never phoned. We had to phone them -several times only to be told their delivery/ collection service is busy ans so we are having to wait two weeks from delivery for it to be collected so it is cluttering up our house!
    Will not deal with them again
