  I recently bought the medela pump in style maclaren pushchair from john lewis. I had searched for this chair for a while and eventually found it discounted at John Lewis shop. The chair was fairly easy to use, and pretty quick to assemble. I received good feedback from the sales assistant. They seemed to hold these products in stock which was important for me as I was due pretty soon. overall i am happy with John lewis price and service. i guess i could have found this push chair cheaper elsewhere..

  The delivery of our wahser-dryer was extremely tedious and time consuming affair. First we ordered the machine from Johnlewis.com mainly because we had found an attractive and convenient delivery time, being without a washing machine for a few days already. So, having placed the order and booked time off work, we received a phone call the day before the scheduled delivery to be told that there had been a "system error" and that the delivery would take place one week later between 08:00 and 14:00.....
