  Ordered a sofa bed 7 weeks ago and they promise to deliver after 4-5 weeks. Haven't received the sofa so far and the customer service keeps fobbing me off by giving me fake delivery dates. Horrible, horrible service. The call centre in Philippines do not let you talk to anyone in the UK office and can not provide any useful information . Many people reported on the Internet suspecting it is a fraud company, as the item has never been delivered and they will do their best to delay the refund. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed the order. Now I don't know whether i'll ever get my £510 back.

  Made the order online; they took full immediate payment, for a next day delivery of a cabinet. They rang the next day (a shambolic conversation where the person on the phone said they had lost the piece of paper on their desk, which said what the problem with the order was and spent 5 minutes scrabbling about and then had to ring me back) to say it was not in stock and would not be for 'ages'. They could not give a date when it would be in stock - 'could be months' apparently. There was no apology and a dreadful attitude to me as the customer.
  
  I requested whilst on the phone that the order was therefore cancelled as they were unable to fulfill it as detailed on the website.It is now two weeks later and STILL I have had no refund of the £225.00 they have of MY money. Customer services are no longer responding to my emails but originally told me it was 'with their accounts department'. I will never ever consider going anywhere near them again, I believe they take orders and your money knowing that they can't fulfill them and hoping that you don't cancel and wait for them to 'maybe' send something out to you.
