  Bought a laptop from John Lewis, it packed up after a week. It just sat on my desk, I hadn't moved it yet. Under their policy, they claim to give you a return in such a scenario. I called up, went through troubleshooting and was told to go to the store for the replacement. In store, the woman who saw me told me the computer looked old, she wouldn't replace it and I was trying to pass off an old computer as new to rip off the store.   On 18 August I went into my local John Lewis store to purchase a Bosch SMV50C00GB Integrated Dishwasher. I was told that they did not stock it at the branch and that I should order it on their website. I went home and did exactly that.
