    Ordered a dinning table and chair. Given a delivery date on the Tuesday 0700-1400. No one turned up. No one called. Called up at 1405. "Oh sorry your order didn't go through from the internet to the delivery people." "Can I have it delivered on Saturday as I look a day off work?"     On 18 August I went into my local John Lewis store to purchase a Bosch SMV50C00GB Integrated Dishwasher. I was told that they did not stock it at the branch and that I should order it on their website. I went home and did exactly that.
