  On 18 August I went into my local John Lewis store to purchase a Bosch SMV50C00GB Integrated Dishwasher. I was told that they did not stock it at the branch and that I should order it on their website. I went home and did exactly that. On 21 August I received an email from them - "For your protection, all orders taken on our website are security checked to authenticate the information and the details provided.   We recently held our wedding gift list at the cardiff store. Our experience was terrible. The store itself provided a great service it was the after care and giftlist call center in scotland which were terrible. They are completely useless over the telphone. There service has no flexibilty what so ever. We got back from honeymoon and rang john lewis for delivery of items. They said this would take at least two weeks and this wasnt because they were busy, it was just part of their process! Any item..
