  I ordered a Windsmoor dress from the website and was very impressed with the service. They delivered on time, and the packaging was second to none. The dress was in a green John Lewis suit bag, with a plastic protective bag over that. The quality of the dress was excellent, and the whole experience was a good one. ..

  Two years ago I purchased some kitchen equipment including a gas hob for a new fitted kitchen from John Lewis at Cribbs Causeway.The Gas Hob was made by John Lewis. We particularly chose this model as it had a cast iron pan stand and we were advised that it would last longer. Some weeks ago the cast iron pan stand broke!
